Hear the stories of the men of Fairfield County and Norwalk at Gettysburg
Come join the Norwalk Historical Society at Mill Hill Historic Park for an exciting event featuring a talk by renowned author, Carolyn Ivanoff. Learn about the soldiers of the 17th Connecticut, the Fairfield County Regiment, through the Gettysburg campaign in June and July 1863.


Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase the book and have it signed by the author. Light refreshments will be served following the presentation.

About Carolyn Ivanoff
Named the American Battlefield Trust’s Teacher of the Year in 2003, she has received multiple Awards of Merit from the Connecticut League of History Organizations for her educational and preservation work, including the 2018 rededication of the 17th Connecticut Flagpole at Gettysburg.
